Bookings and Payments
3.1. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Esplora Siti Sicilia.
3.2. Payment for services can be made online through the website, by bank transfer, or directly on-site before the start of the tour.
3.3. All payments must be made in the currency specified by Esplora Siti Sicilia and must include all applicable taxes and fees.

Changes and Cancellations
4.1. Changes to bookings must be communicated to Esplora Siti Sicilia with a minimum notice of 48 hours before the start of the tour.
4.2. Cancellations must be communicated to Esplora Siti Sicilia with a minimum notice of 48 hours before the start of the tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less notice do not entitle the user to any refund.
4.3. In case of tour cancellation due to Esplora Siti Sicilia, a full refund will be provided to the user who purchased online.

User Responsibilities

5.2. The user must adhere to the instructions and rules set by the tour guide during the tour.

6.3. It is the responsibility of Esplora Siti Sicilia to notify in case of tour cancellation and to ensure a full refund of the online paid fee to the user.
6.4. Esplora Sicilia will not be held liable for the cancellation of third-party services booked by the client that are not directly related to the activities provided by Esplora Siti Sicilia.
